We have been remodeling homes and businesses since 1995. As a California Licensed General Contractor we are skilled in doing all phases or remodeling and building. Our Specialty is Exterior improvements which includes but is not limited to siding replacement, window replacement, waterproofing, building or repairing outside structures like decks, patios, enclosures and balconies.
We get a lot of satisfaction out of seeing our customers happy with the end project. Many of our customers refer us to their friends. That is the best complement you can receive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for us in working with a customer is to set up a site visit to meet in person to discuss their project. It's common that we would take pictures and measurements so that we can present a written proposal detailing the scope of work and the expected time frame for completion once we commence work.
