Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always call the customer the day before to confirm an appt. or service scheduled. I usually schedule a one hour window. I always offer an organic material on the inside or outside or both, giving the customer an option of what they want. I will dewebb under the eaves for spiderwebs, I treat as much as I can to have the most effective one-time / initial service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pest control business going on 12 years. I have been on my own since January 2014. My business has grown steadily since then. I am licensed, bonded and insured. My business is registered with the California Structural Pest Control Board. I have continued training that is required by the state every 3 years. I am a "Thumbtack Pro" for 3 years in a row from 2015-2017. This award is based on customer reviews that are verified through Thumbtack.com
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
One-Time services start at:$165.00 on up.
Monthly service: $50.00, Bi-Monthly: $85.00 and Quarterly: $125.00. All No Contract!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers and races. I treat everyone as I would like to be treated, with respect. I have never really had any customers that complained of anything. I have had several customers stop service due to lack of money. I work with people as best as I can to solve their pest control needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to rid a house of rats that were in an attic, there was a day when the customer called and found a live rat running around the kitchen, I was able to come out that same day and catch the rodent behind the refridgerator. I later released it into a field that was away from any housing area or development. I have gone out to this residence many times past the normal 4 services for rodents. I do not charge extra if I have to come out past the normal services for the pest in question.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check their reviews! Also check for proper licensing for pest control, this can be done through the Structural Pest Control Board. Anyone can view licensed pest control companies, it will also let you know of any violations as well.
