With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. I have a well rounded knowledge of the home components and the abilty to do multiple phases of repairs, replacements , and anything that a professional handyman is capable of completing.
I am also a certified home inspector who can keep your home well maintianed. From a journeyman plasterer to drywall repairs and painting repairs plumbing repairs, and small electrical repairs, we can complete your projects in a timely,professional, workmanship atmosphere.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for the initial consult to find out the clients need, we solidify dates and terms of the project, and proceed to scheduling. our main goal with the initial meetiing is to develop a rapport by assuring the cutomer thir project is in good hands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years in the construction and building maintenenace industry. we are also familiar with HIPPA Federal and State Guidelines for SNF's.

Most customers have a single project define for a particular time, so we are competitive with our rates. However, we have some clients that desire mulitple small projects to be perform in a single day due to work schedule or deadlines. We offer bundled services (i.e a set day rate) Day rates are set at our based on the initial contact and service request.
How did you get started in this business?
As Lead craftsman I have worked for numerous companies and orgainzations; from plastering and stucco, building maintenance supervisor for SNF's etc. so I have accumilated a wide range of knowledge over years; so since having the skills and the knowledge to do what love best, becoming self employed / entrepreneur was right for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Property Managers, commercial, residential, religious organizations etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The Lowest price may not be the best way to look for a potential Handyman.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is the something i could do myself? If so, do i have time to do it?
