What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process in working for and keeping our new customers is. First, we arrive at your premises and see what repairs you need. Secondly, we give you a estimate of the repairs, and you give us the go ahead after getting your repair cost up front. Once we are finished and our customer is satisfied we collect payment, and look forward to servicing your needs in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and have over 35 years plumbing experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have flat rate pricing for alot of items, and we have a up front pricing policy. Our customers always know what they will be paying before the job begins. No hidden cost.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have many property managers, private home owners, and commercial properties that we service. Also, we service some of the parks in the inland empire.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

One of the best things our company loves to do is prevent our senior citizens for paying for services they do not need. We will glady come and let you know if a repair offered from another company is something you really are in need of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

May sure you get up front pricing, and when comparing prices make sure you compare apples for apples. For instance, our water heater flat rate pricing include all labor and any material you would need. We do not give a price for water heater only and then charge for each additional items used.  Like shut offs, flex lines, etc.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

When you want work done by.

Take pictures to send incase they are needed.
