What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to introduce myself to the customer, at initial contact. In addition, find out as much detail as possible about what issues they're experiencing. Than proceed with scheduling an appointment for service or inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive training in several trades in the construction industry, such as carpentry, concrete, drywall, water remediation, millwork, general construction, new construction, sewer, Heating & Cooling. plumbing, service and repair.

Yes, I have flat rate pricing for Labor on specific installations.
How did you get started in this business?
I started 20 years ago, when I was 18 years of age. I worked for a general contractor who was a family member of mine, as an apprentice specializing in plumbing, but I left the plumbing industry after 3 years of being an apprentice than decided to get back into Plumbing Industry in 2015. I've worked with and trained with the best of the best plumbing professionals in the industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with mostly residential customers, and have worked with some commercial customers as well. I will work with anyone who is need of plumbing service and repair.
