Eagle Plumbing is a 24/7 emergency service in Lincoln that can handle all of you plumbing needs. If it has to do with water or gas . . . we can handle it. Eagle Plumbing has also been nominated Best of the Best by Lincoln News Messenger every year since the awards inception in 2008.
Eagle Plumbing currently services the Placer County area from Auburn down to Roseville. Along with Sheridan Wheatland, Citrus Heights, Orangevale and Carmicheal areas.
Eagle Plumbing got it's name from the owners experiance as a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts. Eagle Plumbing strives to follow the Scouts Law. We are happy when our customers are happy and can break the bad name plumbers get with not being trustwrthy and rip offs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Eagle Plumbing greets every customer with a friendly voice thats number one concern is your complete satisfaction. If you are a new customer we will just ask you a few questions to get you in our customer database (ie., name, billing info, phone numbers, etc.) so the next time you call all we will need is the service address and current issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eagle Plumbing has weekly all employee/training meetings to talk about issues that arose the week prior, OSHA required safety topics, training and brushing up on skills.
Eagle Plumbing technicians are also known to train our customers on how to solve and/or prevent future plumbing problems in order to save them money and stress. They are also great on explaingin to their customers how, what and why they are performing the task necessary to solve the customers problem.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Eagle Plumbing is a flat rate company. This means that we do not charge by the hour, but by the job. This type of pricing pertains to most jobs, but there are exceptions. The main exception to this is if we need to do exploritory work or if it's a large job that we can not project time and/or matertial costs accurately.
Eagle Plumbing prides itself on being as fair priced as possible and if you can provide a written estimate from another company that gave a lower priced estimate we will either match it or beat it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Eagle Plumbings customers come from all walks of life. Most of our customers are residential, but we work with a lot of property management companys, landlords, commercial accounts, municipalities and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Eagle Plumbing sponsors many events and are fond of all of them. We also are involved in all of the local home shows where visitors seek our booth just to get their free sink plunger that we are known for handing out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is very important to make sure ANY contractor that works on your property is: licensed with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), permitted to work in your city/county, bonded and insured. All of these are necessary to not only protect the company that has them, but also to protect you and your investment.
NEVER LET SOMEONE WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT VERIFYING THEY HAVE THESE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is the company licensed, bonded and insured? Eagle Plumbing has all of the abaove and they are all in good standing.
What are their warranties/guaranties? Eagle Plumbing has a lifetime warranty on all craftmanship.
What forms of payment do they accept? Eagle Plumbing accepts all forms of payment.
How much are estimates and/or trip charges? Eagle Plumbing only charges for estimates and trip charges for jobs outside of our service area; however, for larger jobs a portion of that fee will absorbed into the estimate.
