What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to explain the service I provide and let them know the chemicals I use are safe to be used around their home and family. When put out in a safe manner
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 16 years and have been through many study course each year to maintain my education and to earn continue education hours.

I do have set prices and I provide free estimates for jobs that require see the job before quoting to provide fare and honest prices. We try to keep our rates low and fare
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was working for a family business teaching teenagers to drive and want something more exciting. Had a friend doing pest control and moving forward I his life so decided to try this also. Plus love being outdoors
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with doctors, lawyers, teachers, business owners, and actors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do rodent exclusion work on roofs and under homes. This sometimes is very challenging do to the different angles and shapes
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't always look at prices look at the person who providing the service and question them and make sure they care about you not just your money
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Will this professional provide what he said he will do. Will he back up his work or products
