This plumbing service is own and operated by the most professional and honest person I have met in all my years of hiring people or contractors to do work for me! After a really bad experience with another local plumbing business who absolutely tried to rip my mother in law off this professional came in and did the job in record time and little expense! It is a pleasure to know there are still people out there that care enough about there work and there customers to do the job right and not take advantage of the elderly!Thank you very much I will recommend you to everyone I know that needs your help!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'll try to give you an estimate via text or email or go to the location (n/c) if necessary.

I'll obtain your information needed for the estimate and submit the estimate to you right away if it's not a complicated job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was union trained in the United Association of Plumbers & Steam Fitters Local 398. Trade school for 4 years and worked within the union for 10 years. I've worked in oil refineries, food processing plants, Co-generation plants (turbine generator power plant), high rise buildings, apartment buildings, residential housing tracks, hotels, restaurants, prisons, and local and state government buildings.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I do have standard pricing via estimated cost for the work you want to be done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do your research and ask questions. Youtube is a great source of information.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Know what you want the final outcome to be, ask your contractor how to get there.
