John Mark Construction
About
Our company is a design build powerhouse that deals with Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects, which was founded by Jack Kozakar. Jack has lead project teams and/or constructs projects with primarily in Southern California. Jack is a hands on leader and excels at adapting strategies and project delivery approaches as each project demands. Clients appreciate his vision, superb negotiation skills, resilient leadership and attention to detail.
We give you all of the design and engineering you need (by licensed professionals), and a budget you can count on. Once you decide to move forward, we will guarantee the cost.
I love the process of listening, asking the right questions, doing the right research, and then thoughtfully turning dreams into plans and constructed projects.
Over the years of experience, we notice that clients were spending up to 30 percent of their project budget on consultants. That's ridiculous. Beware of spending thousands and thousands on an Architect, then getting plans that cost more than you expected. And then going round and round trying to get the project you want and can afford. The more services that are bundled, the better.
Services we offer are: Complete Archetictural Plans, Renderings, Construction Consulting, Project Management, Safety Consulting, Construction, Real Estate Consulting
