Hello my name is Chad Michael I am the owner of Chad Michaels professional plumbing inc. I started working on pipes in my teens and fell in love with the puzzle aspect that came with every job. I spent my entire childhood disassembling and reassembling taking things apart and building things whether inside or outside. Here I am today playing with adult legos, or just plumbing parts as you or any other normal person would call them. I believe it's important to try and educate the customer to help them understand why they're having a problem and how we're her going to fix it. I believe you should also take the time to try and get to know your plumber as I am going to try to know you. Trust is hard to find in my industry and I will bend over backwards to gain yours. I once repiped a house or a federal construction inspector and did not know it until I was complete. My customer at the time was through another plumbing company set a letter of recommendation to my owner and/or boss informing them of what an incredible job I did on her house. Let me show you what I can do no job to easy and job to hard.
