Jerry has more than 30 years experience in construction, construction management and engineering fields. His career began at the early age of 16 in his Father's Construction business. He's worked much of his career alongside Architects, Designers and Project Engineers throughout the country. He returned to California in 1999 and in 2003, he founded Cormier Construction & Design, Inc. Today, he is considered to be one of the foremost General Contractors in the area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the project briefly over the telephone and then set a follow up appointment to meet the custoomer onsite.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 30 years experience in construction, construction management and engineering fields. My career began at the early age of 16 in my Father's Construction Company and have worked the majority of my career alongside Architects, Designers and Projecct Engineers through out the country. I returned to California in 1999 and in 2003, founded Cormier Construction & Design, Inc.. Today, our company is considered to be one of the foremost in the Orange County area.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Since projects and conditions vary so widely in the design, materials, custom layouts, fabrication, ect., our services are based upon the individual project. Once a final scope of work and services is established, then we provide the customer with a detailed proposal for their review and approval.
How did you get started in this business?
After a few years of working in Construction while attending High School, I continued my education and become a Mechanical Engineer. During this time, I remodeled several homes alongside my wife who is a licenced Architect with vast experience in historical homes and buildings.
After leaving the Engineering field, I created Cormier Construction & Design. We're commited to providing superb customer service and gauranteed customer satisfaction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential homeowners, income property owners and small business owners.
