My typical process with a new customer is having great communication over the project that will be worked on and understanding the needs and expectations for a project. It is essential that we both can understand each other so that at the end of the day we can work together to complete this project in a safe and well done matter. 

Although I didn't have an education on the job and work that I have done, over the years I have been able to accomplish learning new skills and learning how to work in several areas. It has been over 10 years that I have been working in construction and working on trying new things has definitely taught me different aspects of several jobs. The work that I do, I have been able to do several times and the outcome is great. 

I don't necessarily have a specific pricing system, but the way that I decide the pricing for each project, really depends on what I'm doing and what I will be working on. Several projects are different and consist of different aspects, that I review on to decide the price. I do try to make the pricing reasonable to what I'm working on and the work being put in.

The way I stared in this business, or job was by working with different people and after every job being recommended to someone else, until I started to work for Anvil builder Inc.

Over the past years I've been working in construction and I have had the chance to work with several different nationalities, being able to communicate with them and create a work bond was important and has been something I have been able to do. It's a great experience being able to work with different people in different areas.

A recent event or job that I worked on was to remodel a whole bathroom besides from remodeling we also painted a whole kitchen and worked on a different aspect of the house. Remodeling the bathroom was a success and has been a recent project that I worked on.

The advice I would give a customer would be by giving him or her ideas over the project and also giving him ideas about which store would be great to get the materials. Hiring the right professional for the project is important in order to get the best outcome of the job. Seeing into the work that this pro has worked on can help one understand better what he can do.

if It's something that needs a more professional assistant, thinking the price of the project and what needs will be needed. Also knowing what they need and want from this project.
