What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially start with a virtual consultation to access the project's scope and clearly outline the client's needs, followed by preliminary recommendations by the consultant. Next, we send one of our design specialists to visit the project site to analyze the improvements recommended by our services to help them reach their goal (sale, home re-design, maintenance, etc.). Once the in-person assessment is completed, estimation and costing bid will be composed for the client and schedule for exproximate completion and personalized mood board. Once accepted, a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project to complete coordination with partnering contractors and designers.
