What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the issue at hand and we come up with the most probable solution. Drain cleaning is a case by case scenario in that I rent my equipment but that's not a problem. Depending on how much time the job will take. Just remember that skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't good.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from an accredited 5 year apprenticeship program.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Price to go out to your place or the site the work will be done at will be $30 (for my Gas & Estimate). If furthur troubleshooting or diagnostic is needed, total will be $50 for my time. If we do decide to get the work done, there will be no charge for the estimates or diagnosis, only for time and materials will be charged.
