We have had so many customers that refer us becuase they love that we stick to our "old school" foundation and standards that we started with back in 1988. We love helping those in need, whether it be elderly, disabled, busy parents, expecting mothers, low income, or veterans. We often offer free or low priced services to those in need around our community. We do not strive on profit alone.

    Frequently asked questions

We treat every customer equally by putting their comfort and financial needs first. If you are hiring us for the first time, we make sure to go above and beyond to show you that we are really there to help. When you call to make an appointment with our office staff we will let you know our soonest availability and our service fees upfront. We set up your profile in our electronic system by asking for your contact information, property address, and details about your comfort issues and home. We schedule our appointments with 2 hour arrival windows but you will receive a notification from our technicians as soon as they are on the way. Once the technician arrives, they will greet you or your tenant and address your concern immediately using a process of elimination. This diagnostic process typically takes about 30 minutes or less for each system concern. After we have determined the main issue, we will give you a detailed review and recommend the best solution to either repair or replace based on what's best for you financially and for your comfort in the long run. You have complete control as to which option you choose and we will not move forward without homeowner's consent. We warrant all of our service work for 90 days and our installation projects for 1 year so you are rest assured that we will come back at no cost if ever needed.

Our technicians are trained and educated in various categories within our industry including: refrigerant, air distribution, thermostat programming & installation, gas furnaces, hvac electrical wiring, troubleshooting, customer service, air balancing, duct testing, building performance, equipment installation, parts repairs, duct installation, ventilation, and indoor air quality.

We use flat rate pricing to ensure that the price we quote does not change and you get upfront pricing before we complete any work. Our flat rate pricing simply means that every job type is categorized under a specific price to include all labor, parts, and materials. If we take longer on a job, we do not charge more. We do not disclose or use an hourly rate pricing system as to ensure that the price agreed upon will not change. If there is ever a time that we deal with unforeseen issues, we will address them to you immediately and get your consent if you wish to move forward with any additional work needed. With our installation projects, if you wish to add any additional products or services, or we recommend any to you, we will issue a separate change order for you to sign and agree to before we complete any additional work.

The owner's Art & Margarita started this business in 1988 in their hometown in Riverside, CA. Art was already working in the industry for many years after earning his HVAC certification in a trade school. With a growing family and a passion to provide honest quality work, he decided to start his own company to stand out from the rest. Because of his love for people and desire to show a different standard in this competitive industry, this company grew into what it is today.

We have worked with so many types of customers including homeowners that have been in their homes since it was built, to homeowners that just purchased the home in the past few months. We work with rental properties, vacant properties, apartment complexes, manufactured and mobile homes, custom homes, light commercial buildings, realtors, general contractors, and even multiple homes located on one land parcel. We're proud to have served our local elderly community as well including those with limited abilities, medical conditions, and expecting mothers with little ones. We accommodate everyone's schedule with our flexibility to meet your demand. We do not discriminate and are passionate to help those of other cultures and languages. Our staff is bilingual in Spanish & English.

In the middle of a recent heat wave a helpful member of our community just recently called our office for her elderly friend who had recently had her swamp cooler accidently disposed of by a helper of hers. She called us to see if we were willing to help her friend out and install a new swamp cooler for her that she was providing. We immediately got 2 of our technicians out there the same day to install it for her at no charge at all. This woman was so grateful and blessed for what we provided to her and it was no hesitation for us since this is what we went in business for.

We highly recommend that you look up their contractor's license online at http://www.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/CheckLicense.aspx

Even if they are a licensed contractor, pay attention to these items:

Issue date of the license (tells you how long they've been a contractor)

Re-Issue date of the license (tells you if they were out of business for a while or transferred it)

Qualifying Individual (tells you who the owner is and you can research them to see if they own any other businesses)

Make sure they are state on every installation project which city license & testing they are including as well as city inspection. When it comes to repairs, make sure they are testing the overall system by going into your attic and checking your duct work. Ask them how long the parts are warranted and if they tested your system for any refrigerant leaks. Do not keep buying refrigerant without checking for a leak in your system. Refrigerant leaking out into the air is hazardous and forbidden by the EPA.

One of the main causes for many hvac issues is the lack of regular routine maintenance or minor electrical issues. Ask yourself these questions before paying someone to come out:

When was the last time your air filters were changed? Should be every 3-6 months

When was the last time you had a tune up done? Should be every 3-6 months

Have you had anyone look at your ducts in your attic?

Have you checked your breaker and/or reset it?

Do you have an Edison box that controls your usage during peak hours/events?

Have you recently had solar panels installed? It might be an electrical issue that they need to address.

What temperature do you have your thermostat set at?

Do you have your thermostat set on a schedule?
