We are licensed, insured, and experienced pet caretakers and dog walkers. At no additional cost to clients, we provide an emergency back up sitter/walker and we never accept an assignment until you meet your two caretakers and give them the paws up. We are the only pet care service in the San Gabriel Valley who provides our own emergency back up whom you actually get to meet!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request, we speak with a potential client to get to know a little about the pets in their household so we can determine the best fit for their pets and them. Then, we schedule a free meet n greet so the sitters/walkers receive instructions durectly and the pets are allowed to meet their caretakers. Clients will fill out our online forms with specific instructions so we have everything at our fingertips. We connect client and sitter directly via text thread so clients can receive direct communication, including updates and photos, while they are away.
Once we complete the first assignment for that client, they are in our system and future requests can be made and scheduled same day.
