We are absolutely customer-centric. In the service industry, my competitors often forget that the idea of "service" means the most to homeowners trying to protect their largest investment. Everything we do, from simply getting rid of some ants, to something as dramatic as tenting your home, to the meticulous process of repairing wood damaged by termites, is satisfaction guaranteed! We're not happy, until you're happy!
I enjoy the opportunity to meet new people everyday, and to help them protect their homes from nasty invaders. I also enjoy the freedom of time that the job allows. I've coached my kid's soccer and softball teams since they were babies. I've also had the opprtunity to volunteer in mine and surrounding communities.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends. New "termite control" issues, when looked at for our customers, require an inspection. One of our licensed inspectors goes out to the home or business to perform a FREE inspection. A report of findings is generated, and a repair or treatment estimate is produced. Usuall we give a couple of treatment option to remedy the problem.
When it's a general pest spray like and, spiders or cockroaches, it's as simple as having one of our technicians out to peform the treatment. Costs for that service are usually based on square footage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed by the State Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Structural Pest Control Board. Annual trainings and bi-annual re-certifications are required to keep up on new technologies, and treatment methods.

Pricing for termite treatments varies quite a bit. It's based on size of the problem, size of the home/business, and curtomer preference for treatment type. Fumigations (tenting) are based solely on cubic footage, and local treatments are based on the number of hours required to perform the treatment effectively.
General Pest treatments are based on size of the area to be treated, and the frequency of treatments. Monthly treatment averages (2000 sq. ft.) $42/month. Bi-monthly treatment averages $58 every two months. And Quarterly treatments average $78 evey three months.
