Start with an inspection to see what the issues your having and to provide a solution to resolve it the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On average our technicians and inspectors have almost 1000 hours of training prior to qualifying for their State exam. The average experience for a licensed tech/inspector is approximately 8000 hours or 8 Years
How did you get started in this business?
We got started in this business during the realeastate boom of 2002. We love helping people protect their properties so it made sense for us to start something that honored that desire.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, Commercial, Condominiums, HOA's and Property Management, Real Estate Inspections, Escrow Clearances.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A newly married couple purchased their first home together. Their budget was on the tight side and it was sold as is. The termite infestation and damage were extensive. The look on their faces once we completed the project a week later was priceless. These are the moments we are most fond of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
