Hi I'm luigi and I do service and repair of plumbing heating and air conditioning.
I have 30 years experience and worked for very big companies before I became my own plumbing heating contractor.
I have many custmers now that keep calling me because my prices are fair and economical, I am on yelp and my customers are happy when I do work for them.
I have my contractors license issued by State of California and I am bonded and insured. One thing is true when you call me to help you, you will be calling me again cause I am very competitive

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find what is the problem and reason they called me.
Second I give options of what the customer wants to do.
I never charge for visiting and give free estimate and if they decide its me they want to do the work then I give my best and try to do 100% of my knowledge to solve peoples plumbing issues and heating as well as air conditioning
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Union plumber and worked for the United Association Plumbers of America for many years, I attended their apprentiship school and I took my contractors license from the State of California
