What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way for us to work with you is to gather accurate intelligence. Our goal is not to have you convinced to hire us, but to evaluate if we are the best choice for your move. The best way to get started is to fill in a form. Now that we have your basic info a representative will contact you within 5-10 minutes and ask some questions about exactly what's moving, when it needs to be moved and such. We will give you an accurate estimate over the phone and if you feel that the price is reasonable and you are interested, we will personally come to your home and do an in home estimate. This way you will have a guaranteed price for your move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in logistics, and customer service since childhood when I worked in my grandfathers business. Coming from a military family I know that attention to detail is a requirement for every action. Working on a family farm during the summers made me the man who knows the only shortcut in life is a job well done.
