About this pro

We are with our customers from beginning to end. Our moving consultants help arrange moving services with local reputable carriers. Our prices are competetive, however we do provide high quality customer service and high quality movers. Our prices are guaranteed, as long as the inventory list matches the same description on the day of the move. Prices are adjusted if customers end up having more items. Our rates are locked in, they do not go up or down unless if you remove or add a significant amount of items from your inventory list.

They were very professional and know what they are doing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we must know what the customer needs are as far as dates. We provide 30 Days of Free Storage just in case.  (climate controlled)

Then, we need to complete an inventory list to provide a final and guaranteed price.

We will need to know if we can access a semi trailer on pick up (not always) or delivery (always). We will need to know if theres 100ft or less from the truck to the door step. We will need to know if we need to use stairs vs elevator on pick up or delivery.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our employees must complete training prior to providing services over the telephone or on the field. Training includes customer service, packing, stacking and loading. Our drivers are closely monitored, and they now log in electronically from the time the truck is turned on, until the truck is turned off.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Prices are set based on the Cubic feet (size) of the entire load.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. You name it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Read a lot of reviews

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How much space or weight are they really paying for vs their inventory list.
