What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our prices are based on how big the job is and how many men are needed to move. It also depends on how prepared you are, it might cost more if you need help packing belongings into boxes for example. We have a 3 hour minimum for our moves. When deciding how many movers you need, consider your heavy items and how many men will be needed to lift your items (such as a upright pianos or small pool tables). 2 professional movers + 1 20’ Truck = $95/$105 per hour (cash/credit card) - Recommended for 1 bedroom/studios 3 professional movers + 1 26’ Truck = $125/$135 per hour (cash/credit card) - Recommended for 2-3 bedroom homes 4 professional movers + 1 26’ Truck = $155/$165 per hour (cash/credit card) - Recommended for 3-4 bedroom homes 5 professional movers + 1 26’ Truck = $185/$195 per hour (cash/credit card) - Recommended for 5 bedroom homes and up For moves over 100 Miles we charge a fuel fee based on miles traveled. Peak hour rates may apply for beginning and end of month moves as well as weekend moves. We charge double drive time if the distance between your locations more than 10 miles. *DOUBLE DRIVE TIME (It is standard procedure for all licensed and insured moving companies in CA and is reflected on standard contract as “double drive time”.) Double drive time covers the time between your pick-up and delivery points.
