What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to new customers house to meet them, their pets, and go over their needs and Pet routine. At that time we will discuss rates which vary depending on services required and distance traveled.

I am a veterinary technician with over 25 years of experience with all types of pets. I managed a veterinary hospital and housecall practice for 12 years.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved animals and started dog walking when I was just a kid. When I started working for the veterinarian in 1992 I realized a need for housecall services and pet sitters.
