Missing my tool box and the pipe is still leaking after two attempts to fix it. Afraid to call him back for a third try because I don’t want anymore of my stuff to disappear. Going to half to start over with a new plumber.

After HG plumbing had to come back to my house a second time because the work they did was leaking. I discovered that my tool box went missing. Hugo himself seemed to be a nice enough guy,I am assuming his helper has possession of my tool box. Even after the second time the pipe is still leaking .I just am afraid to call them back because I don’t want any more of my stuff disappearing.

I was very happy with Hugo. He came when he said he would, assessed the problem, told me what I needed and fixed it. He and his partner were efficient and VERY clean. They even left my corroded pipes that they had removed for me to show my son. He also took pictures of what he had done to attach to the invoice which he will email to me later today.
