What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients usually call me and tell me a little bit about the problem. I gather their information including address, phone number, and e mail. I ask what the best time would be to come look at the issue, ask questions about the issue, run some tests to properly diagnose the root of the problem, and provide options to relieve it.
