What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First once a customer contacts our company. We will first find out what needs they are needing. Then we'll set a time for an in home free estimate. After the estimate if the client finds us as a trustworthy comany and is happy with the price and our system. We will at that time start the deposit process and get material for said project ordered once the material is in we will start projects with in 2 business days as long as the client is available for us to start. Once the project is completed we go over all scopes of work to ensure our clients satisfaction. Once the clients satisfaction is met we collected final payment and summit a completion form! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in trade school at 18. I did a four year program which I completed at the top of my class. During this program I received apprentice of the year. I earned the title of master carpenter by the time I was 22. When I was 24 I recived finisher of the year for concrete flat work at the world on concrete in Las Vegas. I am also cpr certified ,confine space certified and many other small certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I wish there was a way to have a standard pricing guide although yes there is a standard on some project where a square foot price can be giving. It's just hard to do that not seeing the job in person for there can be underlying issues that can't be seen through photos or conversation. So due to that we won't give a price over the phone with out seeing the job in person this is why we do free in home estimates!
