Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer we first try to get on a call, to discuss the project a little bit more, and try to book an appointment for an on site estimate. Once we take measurements and look at the site we will be dealing/working with we provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 10 years in experience in the field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yea most of our work involves square footage or linear footage. Once we go out to customers house and take measurements we simply take the square/ linear footage and multiply it by how ever the amount we charge for that certain product/work.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working with a landscaper since I was 17 and haven't left the trade ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the pleasure of working with all sort of customers, from the easygoing to the more particular customers no matter who it is. Our works speaks for its self and we never underperform.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of is when a customer called and explained how one of the trees in his backyard was starting to lift the pavers up. He expressed his concern and asked if he needed to call a specialist to trim the roots of the tree before we did the repair on his pavers. I explained that we were also experts in root trimming and we would be able to do both trim the roots and repair the pavers. He was so glad he called us and said that he hadn't been able to find a company that is capable of doing both jobs, since he didn't want to keep calling around and meeting with different company's. At the end he was supper pleased with the work and update keeps calling back for more repairs, and new projects on ther properties of his.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To all customers, that are looking for someone in the landscape area, I would have them call me with any questions, concerns or ideas they might have. I would highly make recommendations and solutions to any problems or situations they are facing. As far as ideas i love working with client that have ideas for their projects and making them come to live.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any questions customers have should be answered. There isn't a specific type of question a client should have, if they have questions they will be answered, and that is our job as professionals to be able to answer any and all questions or concerns that the client might have, and have an answer or solution to their needs.
