What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Access the customer needs right over the phone and give them our rate/when we can be available. Once we arrive before doing any work we are very honest.We let the customer know up front what needs to be done and how much the job will cost A to Z.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years Experience in the Constuction Field as well as Specialized training in Plumbing, Residential and Commercial.
Stong work Ethic and strong reputation with Orange County Community.
How did you get started in this business?
We worked are way up from the bottom in a local Plumbing company and now have fully learned the trade. We have started are own buisness becasue we are the best and fair priced!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of Residential and Commerical Contruction. You name it we have done it!
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I had a customer who thought he had a major gas leak in his back yard the city came and shut down his gas. We arrived and quickly accessed what needed to be done. We were finished in an hour and the customer was thrilled he saved alot of money. The city came back inspected his property that week and he recieved no fines. He didnt break his bank or have to spend a huge amount of money!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure he is honest and up front about his prices. Look at how organized his tools are and if he has a professionalism about him that shows he is the best. Its like picking a doctor you dont want just anyone working on you, do you?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just remember that there are trained professionals like our selfs that are here to fix your plumbing problems and needs. Yes is may be an Emergency sometimes but we are here to make you feel secure that your home is fix and that you can enjoy your time with no stress. "Let us pick up the slack"
