What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First thing is to introduce yourself. Explain every step of the process. Give an estimate of time and cost of work. If there's an agreement will have it on writing

Every jobs are different sometimes people don't have the budget. I always try to work with the people. 

How did you get started in this business?

I started after finish high school. I feel in love with the trade. Ever since I been doing it

I have work with comercial customers but must residential 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Never trust anyone always ask for recommendations and never, ever give money in avance. Sadly there's a lot of untrusted people out there 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask if there's insurance, bonds and license better safe than sorry
