Wow! What an experience! I am a HVAc Commercial Contractor and I am familiar with general Construction but not much with residential work. David, being GC in a past life, has a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience. He tells you what you want and tells you what you need, before spending a dime or starting the clock. He does exactly what he says he is going to do and is super CLEAN. Most refreshing is that his time stops when he is done and not when he is gone. I would recommend him to everyone!

Please CONFIRM your APPOINTMENT for your SERVICE CALL. Your time begins at your door, for your SERVICE CALL on your appointment day ( Please allow for any additionally required TIME AND FEE'S for REPAIRS discovered upon initial WALK-THRU to be completed on your appointment day or make provision to complete at a later date).

Please Pre-clear or provide Space (I will help or will move anything that you cannot) for set-up of my equipment in driveway, garage, side-yard, balcony, etc...nearest to required work / repairs. I will provide clean-up of my work area, upon completion of packing up my equipment and your inspection and approval of work, billing is due and payable.
