I personally, I've been in the industry for over 20 years and as a company almost 6 and the one thing that I've noticed have set is apart from the competition is honesty. Is very common to go and do a diagnostic on a system and hear that some other company have told the business/home owner that he/she needs a new system and that it can't be fixed.
