What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Courtesy consultation

Design layout with a signed contract and deposit. No additional fee for Design of kitchen, bath, etc. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College graduate, two degrees, licensed general contractor, years of experience in the new home construction industry, pool industry and self-employed for 18 years.

All projects are bid indivually. 


How did you get started in this business?

I started my career with for new home builders learning each trade and managing warranty and quality assurance.

Bachelors, families, empty nesters, real estate agents

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Check licensing, very insurance and workers compensation coverage. Insure permits are pulled for ALL work. Never work with unlicensed people!


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The need for function, the look they are trying to achieve, the amount of money they are able to invest comfortable. Are they prepared for the displacement construction can bring into their lives.
