What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a conversation and getting to know each other is the first step. It's important to have great chemistry with each other. Remodeling is personal and very stressful. We will be inside their home and it's a big investment. We understand that. It's also important that they feel comfortable with the design style we offer and the quality of work and methods that we will produce so that they are satisfied with their project and the end result!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation contractor and have been in the industry since I can remember working alongside my grandfather. I have run my own business for over 20 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It is case by case. Pricing is really driven by what finishes a client chooses. If they choose a mid-range tile and countertop then their pricing will reflect that. If they choose super high-end materials, then their project will obviously reflect that as well.
