What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the phone call from the customer. My wife writes down all the information and books a time that works with the customer. Then I arrive to the location. (I always wear boodies on my shoes and mask when I enter a home. I ask the customer were the issue is. I then trouble shoot and then provide a free estimate with an option to fix the issue.
