My service is an in-home, come to your door service. I'll bring my equipment and give you the best workout in under an hour.
That I get to make my clients (and their pets) feel great both inside and out! I come to your house to train you and/or your pet. I give love-as all humans should-to others as I'd want to receive it. Same goes to your furry pets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either facetime or call you and we can go over your goals/where you are now. I'll let you know what best suits you based on your needs and what to expect in the coming weeks. I will need to asses you to see where your fitness levels are. I am very knowledgeable in nutrition, both macro counting, and intuitive nutrition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Fitness nutritional specialist with ISSA.
Certified personal trainer through NASM.
