I have worked for 2 veterinary groups learning comprehensive care for all animals including medicating for different conditions. I have a very loyal clientele and treat everyone as extended family. I work one on one with each client to personalize care for their furred feathered, and finned friends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make an appointment for a meet and greet. At that time I fill out an information questionnaire with all information for the pets and the owners. The then book me as needed. I text and send pics daily if they want that. I follow up whe they get back to make sure they are back and any feedback we both want to share additionally.
