Turn Key Remodel

We typically schedule our estimates anytime on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My architect and I review an extensive checklist with the client and measure all areas to be remodeled. We discuss the scope of work and budget allotted for the project. We sketch out all areas necessary and my architect will usually draw preliminary renderings to help the client visualize the design concept. 

I call the client once the estimate has been completed. I like to review the itemized detail of the estimate over the phone to ensure it is correct before I email it to the client. We can also schedule a follow up estimate review meeting to discuss the scope of work in detail and costs involved. We will have preliminary drawings to review with the client during the review meeting. Upon approval of the design concept and budget we provide a contract with a progress payment schedule, start date and completion date. 

Once the project has been assigned, we provide our clients a Turn Key Remodel app that keeps them updated on all of the specifics of the project including daily activities, schedules, job and material info, change orders, invoicing and much more. We focus on communication, to keep the project within budget and on-schedule. We strive to exceed our clients expectations.
