What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start by offering a free in home consultation. This allows us to get a real sense of the project and our client. We will follow the initial appointment with a proposal to include all the elements discussed.
You will meet with teh design team to talk about all the fun stuff like flooring, cabinets, materials, colours, functionality and personal touches.
You will have access to an online portal to help you track the on going process from start to finish and a team assigned to walk you through the project.
