How did you get started in this business?
I started as a plumber's helper and worked my way up to a journey-level plumber. After acheiving a level proficiency in residential, commercial and new construction plumbing I began the licensing process and started my own plumbing company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked closely for many years with home owners, business owners, general contractors, property managers, and city project managers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise all customers to verify a valid contractor's license, bonding and insurance coverage and to research the contractotrs track record with CSLB, BBB and online reviews made by real clients. I would recommed talking to the contractor and meeting them in person to gauge competency, personality and professionalism before hiring.
