What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted I usually arrange an appt to meet the owner and their animals and my location along with any details on personal care requests .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life long pet owner and have been working with animals of many various types. A roommate of mine was/is a Vet Nurse and my time w Caring Pet Care on Overnight stays.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$40 a day for singles $60 for 2 or more 👀overnight stays are $60-$65 this includes feedings and play time and companionship while the owner is gone😎 I am a dog/pet sitter not a walker for distance.
How did you get started in this business?
I watched friends pets as a child during the summer time at their home or mine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All variations , traveling and rehabs from injuries. No heavy lifting. Vacations holidays seniors services.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Love watching pets play together weather I’m throwing a ball or waging a pet toy they all have unique personalities and they love to know there not alone💕. Some are hams’ for pictures I normally send while owners are away💁
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have time, stop ins for 20 min’ are 20$. It’s important to make the animals feel at home and not cause an anxious behavior from too much time alone💕.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How many specific things will your animals need for care? Do your animals have temperamental times that a care giver should know about? Are there any medical needs to address? All shots up to date and all vet info in case of any unforeseen situations? Your approval to take them in if needed. Your contact information in case situation arises. And where they are to go to. Dr’s name.
