What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself and explain how i work then i ask anything there is to know about the animal mostly if they need any special treatement to make sure i get everything right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I naturally have a feeling of what to do with animals and I never get bored with them. Every animal is special in its own way.
