What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important element in our opinion when dealing with a potiential new customer is communication the 'art of listening'. Often a project is performed incorrectly simply because the construction company failed to effectively and completely Listen to the customes's needs and comfort level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in Construction Technology and all that it entails.
My graduate degree is in Marketing and Graphic Design which work hand in hand in the continuing sucess of Stage One.
