What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a design consultation begins the process. Scheduling a 1 1/2 hour design consultation defines the scope of work the client has in mind for the project. After the initial consult a plan is developed to meet again to review the design agreement and move forward with the design concept outlined in the agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead designer, I have been formally educated in Interior Design. I also have accreditation as a Certified Interior Designer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard fee fluctuates depending on the scope of the project. I also offer "fee packages" for those clients looking for a little guidance or DIY'er's.
