What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we quickly assess their needs—whether it's a lockout, rekeying, installation, or repair. We provide a estimate over the phone. For emergencies, we dispatch a licensed technician who arrives within 20–30 minutes. Once onsite, we give a final price before starting any work to ensure transparency and customer approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our locksmiths are licensed, bonded, and insured, with years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial locksmithing. We stay up to date with the latest technologies, including smart lock systems, key programming, and high-security lock systems through regular manufacturer training and industry certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we charge a flat $45 service call fee to come out. From there, pricing depends on the service needed but we always provide a clear estimate before beginning work. There are no hidden fees—our pricing is transparent, and we do not charge extra for after-hours or emergency services.
How did you get started in this business?
We started this business out of a passion for helping people and solving problems quickly. After years in the locksmithing trade, we saw an opportunity to offer faster, more reliable service throughout Los Angeles and Orange County—especially during stressful emergency lockouts where professionalism and speed matter most.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide variety of customers—from homeowners and renters to small business owners, property managers, and real estate professionals. We also serve car owners who need key duplication, programming, or emergency lockout services.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent customer locked their keys in the car while their toddler was inside on a hot day. We arrived in under 15 minutes and got the door open within seconds. The gratitude we received reminded us why we do this work—it’s about people, not just locks.
