Hello my name is Jose Samuel Diaz Hernandez, I love to play soccer. I went to corona high where I got my high school diploma in, I’m married, and I’m a father of one little boy. I’m 21 years old I been in plumbing about 5 years plus. I started in the plumbing industry when I was in high school. I was going to school and my uncle used to take me to work at night on weekends doing new construction plumbing. I fell in love with plumbing. For me, plumbing is not only a trade, it’s a career and a profession that requires hard work and passion, an art for me. After doing new construction, I went to work for All City Plumbing as a plumber technician. Having the experience of new construction, I remember that in every customer’s house, it’s such an experience not only for me, but also for the customers, explaining and then and helping to resolve their plumbing issues, making them happy. It has been challenging for me to learn the plumbing codes but a the same time help me to learn and preform the job in the right way not in the easy way. It doesn’t matter what it takes if we have to removed the old plumbing systems and install a new system taking care of our customers. to bring them peace of mind. But we provide options explaining our customers what options will take care of the problem longer and what option will take care of the problem to get the customer through the day or week or month. Now I’m just starting my own plumbing business and earning our customer’s trust having examples and references to my experience.
