What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have 4 office people to help us with the incoming calls and the protocol is to try to book appointments within the date and time that is most convenient for the customer. Please keep in mind that all appointments have a 2-hour window to allow some room for most unexpected difficulties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company was built upon the principle that education is a never ending process.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our hourly rate is $165.00 however we do provide free estimates and most of the time we charge by the job and not by the hour to ensure that we give you the best rate possible.

Our company was started in 2001 so for the past 20 years we have proudly service over 125 cities.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do commercial and residential plumbing.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Nothing makes us happier than getting phone calls and/or review from happy customer thanking us for the work done. We know that we are not a perfect company, far from it, but making a positive difference in the lives of our customer is what we strive for.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just because we are professionals and we have been doing plumbing for 20 years does not mean that we are perfect, no one is, and at the end of the day we are only people helping people.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you are working on a project, then try to look for companies that can give you a free estimate so you can compare pricing and scope of work. Please keep in mind that hiring a license and insure company can be a little more expensive but knowing that your asset is being protected in the event of an accident can be priceless.
