Kelly came out the same day we had an issue with our septic system! He took the time to talk to us about problems and solutions, and proper maintenance of our septic system. Our tank ended up not needing to be pumped at all. Instead of withholding that info and charging us for a pumping that we didnt need, he told us where the real issue was (in the plumbing between the house and septic). He saved us 100s of dollars by being honest with us, and didnt charge us for the visit. There is no better customer service than Sequoia Pumping and Kelly Strickland.

I have never had the greatest experience with a septic company, this company went above and beyond for me.

I’m a Mother of two baby girls, both under two years old. The Septic should be the last thing on my list of life issues. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to speak directly with the customer to help assess their septic needs. We are happy to give free advice that may help them solve their septic problems without pumping their tank. If pumping is needed, we provide an extremely clean and safe service, taking consideration of concrete driveways, nearby sprinkler heads, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have many years of installing, repairing and pumping septic systems. We also have a C-42 contractors license from the CSLB.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We charge based on the size of the tank and whether or not the septic tank lid is already exposed or if we need to uncover it.

How did you get started in this business?

We are a 3rd generation business with experience in installing, repairing and pumping septic tanks of all kinds.
