I will have a phone conversation with them.Find out what might be the problem or desire.Set a appointment if we seem to be on the same understanding to meet.I will then meet with the client have a overview of said work to be done.Give them a estimate or even a referral for work I might not do.

I have been working in construction 35 to 40 yrs.
