Walworth and operated by William (Bill) Walworth)...has provided insect extermination, rodent control, rodent proofing, gopher and ground squirrel extermination, and other services for many years. Established in Upland CA in 2007, Walworth @ Sons continues to provide peace of mind and home security for many in San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Riverside counties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client can call or e-mail...calls ar usually returned within the day. Appointments and prices most of the time can be arranged over the phone. Some jobs require an inspection that usually is free.
Maintenance programs are established according to the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an operators license in Branch 2 pest control with th Structural Pest Control Board...I also hold a Qualified Applicator's license with the Department of Pesticide Regulation.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked many years with businesses and state institutions till in a possible institutional closure y ventured out into business.
Later the business was placed in my wife's name who gives me valuable counsel and guidance.

Homes, restaurants, churches, convenience markets, apartment complexes.

I usually become fond of all my clients and try to exceed customer expectations.

Call and interview by phone several companies and make your decision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
explain exact concerns. Name types of pets. Explain situations about property or life that would help tecnician fill your expectations.
