What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take the call an assist in trouble shooting. There are two bennifits to initial troubleshooting: 1) We may be able to identify an easy fix and assist customers over the phone for them to fix it for themselves. And 2) We will have a very good idea of what is broken and will be prepaired with all the right parts for the job, and be able to offer an honest , upfront price right over the phone for the proce of the job, instead of a srevice fee due to quote you in your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1000's of door and opener installations and 10's of thousands of door and opener repairs gives us absoltute certainty that every job will get repaired with prevention in mind.

How did you get started in this business?
Started with Truman Ddavidson in 1962 and his knowlegde and core beleifes have been handed down for three generations.
His most important bit of advice to the passalong generatons was simply this: "Be Honest".
What types of customers have you worked with?
Happy people only! Some how, by the time we are done, even the most troubled soul will find a quite repose and inner serenity that cannot be acuratly descriped - It must tbe felt. :-)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Getting a door that's on the floor back overhead, is quite a rewarding experience, and that door is still working today.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to your provider - if they are shhort with you, what will they be like if an issue arises. If they are kind and accommodationg, chances are, no issue will arise. Right?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask yoiurself, what do I really whant?
